200 gms of Wakatipu White Brie

30 mls / 2 tbsp Honey

Optional extras - Rosemary, 1/4 chopped Walnuts or Lightly salted Pistachios

Preheat oven to   200 C

Place your Brie in oven proof dish, we use a ramekin. Add some rosemary sprigs if you decide to add rosemary.

Once your oven is heated up bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until runny and golden topped.

Take out and sit for 5 minutes when ready to serve, drizzle over some honey to taste and serve with your choice of optional nuts and fresh crusty bread.

If you don't fancy washing the dishes you also have the option of enjoying our Baked Brie at the Gibbston Valley Cheese cafe nestled in Queenstown's valley of vines. You will not be disappointed! Be sure to contact us for group bookings
